Please understand that our products are handmade to order (unless otherwise noted in the product listing). This means that we begin creating your item after your order is placed.

Our processing time includes building your item, staining/painting your item, and putting on the finishing touches (such as a personalized design or accessories like a bow).

Our processing time is usually between 2-4 weeks. If, due to the volume of current orders, our processing timeline is longer than our standard 2-4 weeks, we will email you at the time of your order to let you know. If a lengthier production timeline doesn’t work for you, we will be happy to cancel your order and offer you a full refund – no hard feelings. 

Once your item is completed and ready to ship, we will notify you via email with shipment and tracking details.

The number of days that your order takes to reach you once shipped will depend on which shipping method you chose during checkout.
